It was a challenge and a thrill to produce and create this Incident Management Solutions video for VictorOps, a leader in IT management solutions. VictorOps, recently acquired by Splunk, Inc. needed a simple explainer video to feature it’s incident management solution for IT professionals. Tom Guttry, Head of Splunk’s Media Studio put me in contact with Melanie Postma at VictorOps’ Marketing Department to create this comprehensive video. The challenge was to simply lead the viewer through “broken” IT incident scenarios, and then illustrate how VictorOps’ Incident Management environment makes these stressful events much easier to respond to and solve than antiquated email and messaging solutions.
